How do I choose the right plan?

Go by your actual load, data volume, modules and background jobs. The number of products alone is not enough. If in doubt, send the team your current server specs and your store tasks.

Can I add resources later?

Yes, resources can be extended. We agree the cost, timing and whether a restart is needed before changing the configuration.

What does the monthly price mean when paying for a year?

It is the average cost of one month. For a longer period you pay the full amount shown under the price. The final amount is shown in the cart before payment.

Is a control panel included?

Hyper plans include the free CloudPanel control panel. A licensed ISPmanager Lite can be added for an extra fee when you order. If you prefer, we will install another one: HestiaCP, FastPanel, aaPanel, CyberPanel or Virtualmin.

How do I contact support?
