When a standard plan is just not right

Hyper plans cover most stores, but some projects need a different balance: more memory with the same CPU, a big disk for catalog images or a separate search server. Tell us about the task and we will build a configuration around it.

What we can build

  • A different balance of resources: cores, memory and NVMe disk in the ratio your workload needs.
  • A separate Sphinx server. The search engine on its own VPS: catalog search stays fast, and the main store server does not spend resources on it.
  • A boost before peaks. Before a sale we add cores, memory and disk the same day.
  • More than Hyper4. For large projects there is Customized VPS, for example 16 cores, 16 GB RAM and 500 GB NVMe.

  1. Send us a ticket: CMS, data volume, load and goals.
  2. We agree on resources, work and price.
  3. We prepare the server and, if needed, move your project with zero downtime. We migrate free of charge with annual billing, and under our promo also for anyone moving a store to Europe from a Ukrainian data center; details on the Website migration to VPS page.

All servers run on AMD Ryzen 9 with NVMe in a Hetzner data center in Germany. Standard configurations are on the VPS servers page.
